Legal Registration
Fundación Colombia Bilingue is registered with the Cámara de Comercio of Colombia South America in accordance with Colombian law. The foundation operates as a nonprofit entity dedicated exclusively to public benefit activities in education, digital inclusion, and cultural development.
Nonprofit nature
Fundación Colombia Bilingue does not distribute profits, dividends, or economic benefits to founders, directors, members, or third parties. All resources, efforts, and activities are reinvested entirely into fulfilling the foundation’s educational and social mission.
Political and Religious Neutrality
Fundación Colombia Bilingue is non-political and non-partisan. The foundation does not support, promote, or oppose any political party, candidate, or political movement. It is also independent of any religious institution and does not promote religious agendas.
